Abstract
ABSTRACT On time performance of aircraft departure and arrival is a condition when the departure time and arrival time of the aircraft are in accordance with what has been set. Consistent air transportation services both in flight timeliness can reduce flight delay complaints by users of air transportation services. With operational technical handling in accordance with airport service procedures, good and systematic airline management performance, effectiveness of the ground time process and human resources with quality and integrity, PT Angkasa Pura I Yogyakarta International Airport must pay attention to achieving optimization of On Time Performance Departure and Aircraft arrivals are good and orderly. In this study, the On Time Performance of Aircraft Departure and Arrival is influenced by several factors including: Operational Techniques, Airline Management, Ground Time and Human Resources. Of these factors have an important role in improving on time performance. The population in this study were employees of PT Angkasa Pura I Yogyakarta International Airport with a total sample of 109 respondents, the independent variables of this study were: Operational Engineering, Airline Management, Ground Time and Human Resources, and the dependent variable namely On Time Performance Departure and Arrival Aircraft. Data analysis used in this study was descriptive analysis and quantitative analysis, data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis using the application (SPSS) version 27. The results of the t-test hypothesis testing showed that Operational Engineering, Airline Management, Ground Time and Human Resources has a positive and significant effect on On Time Performance of Aircraft Departure and Arrival. Based on the research results it is known that the research model of the multiple linear regression equation results in the equation: Y = 0, 273 + 0, 182X1 + 0, 176X2 + 0, 237X3 + 0, 376X4 + µ The results of the equation show that the Operational Technical variable (X1) has (t count 2.080 > t table 1.983), Airline Management variable (X2) has (t count 2.060 > t table 1.983), Ground Time variable (X3) has (t count 2.567 > t table 1.983) and the Human Resources variable (X4) has (t count 4.332 > t table 1.983). As for the value of Adjusted R² = 0.606. This means that 60.6% of the variation of the dependent variable (Y) namely On Time Performance of Aircraft Departure and Arrival is explained by the independent variables namely Operational Engineering (X1), Airline Management (X2), Ground Time (X3) and Human Resources (X4) . The remaining 100% - 60.6% = 39.4%, is influenced by other variables outside the research. Key Words : On Time Performance of Aircraft Departure and Arrival, Operational Engineering, Airline Management, Ground Time and Human Resources
