Abstract
Logistics Distribution Performance can be assumed to consist of a chain, each of which is connected from a production plant to a warehouse and a chain of distributors. Because each distributor is connected to a certain factory, it can be assumed that transportation costs between factories and warehouses are included in production costs, and there is no transportation between fellow distributors and Distribution Center Locations are one of the initial activities that must be carried out before the company starts operating, the exact location will affect the company's ability to serve delivery. Therefore PT. Dingxin Boga Indonesia (Aice Tegal) is committed to becoming its trademark as one of the popular brands in the ice cream industry in Indonesia. However, the performance of logistics distribution does not always match the targets set each year. Therefore it is necessary to measure the performance of logistics distribution related to inventory control, location of distribution centers, transportation facilities, and information systems. This research was carried out with the aim of knowing that Logistics Distribution Performance is influenced by several factors including: inventory control, location of distribution centers, transportation facilities, and information systems. This study also aims to analyze the factors that have the most dominant influence on the performance of logistics distribution at PT. Dingxin Food Indonesia (Aice Tegal). This research was conducted using a quantitative descriptive analysis method by distributing questionnaires to employees of. The analysis technique in this study used multiple linear regression analysis with the SPSS Version 25 application. Based on the results of the study it is known that the research model from the regression equation produces the equation: Y = -1.147+ 0.334.X1 + 0.181.X2 + 0.318.X3 + 0.302.X4 + µ The results of the equation show that the Inventory Control variable (X1) has (t count 3.677 > t table 1.990), the Distribution Center Location variable (X2) has (t count 2.290 > t table 1.990), the Means of Transportation variable (X3) has (t count 4.091 > t table 1.990) and the Information System variable (X4) has (t count 4.574 > t table 1.990). As for the value of Adjusted R2 = 0.676. This means that 67.6% of the variation in the dependent variable (Y), namely Logistics Distribution Performance, is explained by the independent variables, namely Inventory Control, Location of Distribution Centers, Transportation Facilities, and Information Systems. The remaining 100% - 67.6% = 32.4%, is influenced by other variables outside the research. Keywords: Inventory Control, Distribution Center Locations, Transportation Facilities, Information Systems, and Logistics Distribution Performance.
