Abstract
ABSTRACT The Company's Operational Performance is influenced by several factors including Forwarding Responsibilities, Warehousing Management Processes and Service Effectiveness. Of the three, have an important role in improving the Company's Operational Performance with satisfactory results. The purpose of this study is to determine whether there is influence of Forwarding Responsibility, Warehousing Management Process and Service Effectiveness on Operational Performance at PT. Gateway Container Line Semarang Branch. In this research, the research population is employees of PT. Gateway Container Line Semarang Branch with a sample system with a 75 respondents (sample). The variables in the study consisted of: Independent variable Forwarding Responsibility (X.1), Warehousing Management Process (X.2) and Service Effectiveness (X.3) and the dependent variable, namely the Company's Operational Performance (Y). The research model is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the analysis using the statistical tool SPSS V.25 program obtained a multiple linear regression equation Y= 0,451 + 0,256 + 0,262 + 0,419 + µ . The results of multiple linear equations indicate that there is a positive and significant influence between Forwarding Responsibility on Company Operational Performance (t count 0,256 > t table of 1.99300), Warehouse Management Process on Company Operational Performance (t count 0,262 > t table of 1.99300 ), Effectiveness of Services on Company Operational Performance (t count 0,419 > t table of 1.99300), individually Forwarding Responsibilities, Warehousing Management Processes and Service Effectiveness affect the Company's Operational Performance. The influence of the three research variables is very strong with a coefficient value (R Square) obtained of 60,4% on the Company's Operational Performance and 39,4% is influenced by variables that are not detected in this study.
