Abstract
ABSTRACT This research is based on facts in the field, namely the problems caused by parking which are very complex, starting from disrupting the smooth flow of traffic, parking also makes the city chaotic and the area is not properly organized. It is caused by several factors including the behavior of illegal parking attendants, lack of parking space and low awareness of vehicle owners in parking their vehicles in parking lots resulting in traffic problems such as congestion caused by illegal parking. The formulation of the problem, research objectives and hypotheses in this study were to analyze the positive and significant influence individually between the independent variables, namely the behavior of illegal parking attendants, lack of parking space and low awareness of the dependent variable, namely illegal parking on Jalan Jendral Sudirman, Kudus Regency. In this study, the object taken was the owner of a vehicle parked on Jalan Jendral Sudirman, Kudus Regency. The sample in this study were 100 respondents who were illegal parking attendants and users of illegal parking on Jalan Jendral Sudirman, Kudus Regency. The data analysis technique is a multiple linear regression technique with SPSS IBM V.25. Based on the research results and data analysis, the regression equation is: Y = 0.245 + 0.230 X1 + 0.499 X2 + 0.226 X3+ + μ Based on SPSS (Statistical Package For Social Science) calculations version 25.0, a linear regression equation was obtained, where the behavior of illegal parking attendants (X1) in partial testing obtained a t count of 2.636 > t table 1.98472, which means that there is a positive influence and partially significant between the behavior of illegal parking attendants (Y). The t count between the lack of parking space (X2) and illegal parking (Y) is 4.422> t table 1.98472. This shows that there is a positive and significant influence partially between the behavior of illegal parking attendants (Y). Low awareness variable (X3) with t count of 2.385 > t table 1.98472 which partially has a positive and significant influence between the behavior of illegal parking attendants (Y). The coefficient of determination gets an R squared value of 0.627, thus 62.7%, the remaining 37.3% (100% -62.7%) is caused by other factors Keywords : Illegal parking, illegal parking behavior, lack of parkingspace, low awareness
