Abstract
This research was conducted with the aim to determine the effect of loading and unloading equipment, manpower, weather and time partially on loading and unloading productivity at the Port of Tanjung Intan Cilacap. This study also aims to analyze the factors that have the most dominant influence on loading and unloading productivity at the Port of Tanjung Intan Cilacap. The research method used is a quantitative method with a questionnaire method for loading and unloading workers and crane operators as many as 100 respondents. The analysis technique used includes validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test, linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing, t test, coefficient of determination and managerial implications. The results of the analysis with the statistical tool SPSS (Statistical Product And Service Solutions) Version 25 program obtained multiple linear regression equations : Y = -1,312+ 0,424.X1 + 0,224.X2 + 0,237.X3 + 0,268.X4 + µ. The results of the equation show that there is a positive and significant influence between the variable Loading and Unloading Equipment (X1) having (t count 5.091 > t table 1.98498), the Labor variable (X2) has (t count 3.426 > t table 1.98498) , the Weather variable (X3) has (t count 2.973 > t table 1.98498), and the Time variable (X4) has (t count 3.102 > t table 1.98498). As for the value of Adjusted R2 = 0.518. This means that 51.8% of the variation in the dependent variable (Y), namely loading and unloading productivity, is explained by the independent variables, namely loading and unloading equipment, labor, weather, and time. The remaining 100% - 51.8% = 48.2%, influenced by other variables outside the research. Keywords : Loading and unloading productivity, Loading and unloading equipment, Manpower, Weather, and Time
