Abstract
ABSTRACT This research was conducted at the Port of Tanjung Balai Karimun. This study uses PT. Pelabuhan Indonesia (Pelindo), Accessibility, Service Quality, and Facilities as independent variables, Passenger Satisfaction as the dependent variable. The purpose of this study was to analyze Passenger Satisfaction at the Port of Tanjung Balai Karimun. The sample used is the prospective passengers where the number of samples set in this study as many as 100 respondents with the sampling technique in this study using Accidental Sampling. The analysis used includes validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing, partial t test, coefficient of determination, and managerial implications. multiple linear regression equation Y =0,051 + 0,211 X1, + 0,32 X2 + 0,227 X3 + µ. The multiple linear regression equation shows that there is a positive and significant effect between Accessibility on Passenger Satisfaction tcount (2,334)>ttable (1,98498), Service Quality on Passenger Satisfaction tcount and (4,515) >ttable (1,98498), Facilities on Passenger Satisfaction tcount (2.175) > t table (1.98498), has a positive and significant effect on Passenger Satisfaction. The influence of the three research variables is very strong with the coefficient of determination (R2) obtained by 63,5% on customer satisfaction and 36,5% is influenced by variables that are not detected in this study.
