Abstract
ABSTRACT Transportation is the activity of moving passengers and goods from one place to another, in which there is an element of movement. Transportation plays an important role in the development and development of urban infrastructure. A good and ideal interaction between the components of transportation (passengers, goods, infrastructure). Within the scope of transportation, there are at least three parties that are actively involved in a cooperative and sustainable relationship. The first, the user (user), as a user must make the maximum contribution to the availability of transportation facilities. The second is the owner and manager (operator), expected to be able to provide services and procure transportation facilities. The last is the regulator, in this case the government as the regulator of the system, whose role is to provide and issue policies for users and operators in the transportation system. But internally, do the variables of facilities, service quality and price affect the Satisfaction of Wings Air Flight Service Users at Namlea Airport ? In this study the authors used the Simple Random Sampling technique. The number of samples used in this study were 280 respondents, namely the general public who are users or passengers of Wings Air aircraft on the Namlea - Ambon route who are in the Namlea airport waiting room with an age range of 17 to 60 years, male and female. Obtained multiple linear equations seen from the unstandardized coefficients with the mathematical equation: Y = 3.141 + 0.343 X1, + 0.687 X2 + 0.177 X3 + µ. The results of the partial test of evidence of facilities, service quality and price have a positive and significant effect on user satisfaction of Wings Air flight services at Namlea Airport. Evidenced by the results of a comparison of the value of t count with t table and with a significant level comparison of 5% (0.05) where the facility variable t count (12,752) > t table (1.99346), service quality variable t count (13,290) > t table (1.99346) and price variable t count (2.665) > t table (1.99346). Test R2, facilities, service quality and price have a contribution of 79.5% in influencing service user satisfaction. While other factors that influence service user satisfaction are 20.5%, where 20.5% is another variable that is not proposed in this study.
