Abstract

ABSTRACT This research was conducted to determine the factors that influence the ease of transactions, security and facilities on customer satisfaction of electric trains. Data collection was carried out through Observation, Literature Study, Interviews, and Questionnaires. This study uses a non-probability sampling technique, namely incidental sampling. Data analysis used in this study was descriptive analysis and quantitative analysis, data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis with the help of program (SPSS) V.25. Based on the research results, it can be seen that the research model of the multiple linear regression equation is Y= 1,626 + 0,333.X1 + 0,255.X2 + 0,227.X3 + µ. Where the variables of Consumer Satisfaction (Y), Ease of Transactions (X1), Security (X2) and Facilities (X3) are tested using the t test showing that the three independent variables partially have a significant influence on customer satisfaction as the dependent variable. The Adjusted R Square figure of 0,546 indicates that 54,6 percent of the consumer satisfaction variable can be explained through the three independent variables in the regression equation. While the remaining 45,4 percent is explained by other variables outside the three variables used in this study. Keywords: Ease of Transaction, Security and Facilities
