Abstract
This study aims to determine the Analysis of Factors Influencing Passenger Interest in the Airlangga Train Semarang - Jakarta Department (Study Daop IV Tawang Station). This research was conducted on employees of PT. Indonesian Railway Daop IV at Semarang Tawang Station as population. Data collection was carried out through observation, library research, interviews, documentation and questionnaires. The analysis technique used is based on the results of research and multiple analysis with the help of the SPSS V.25 program. Based on the results of research and multiple analysis, the equation is: Y = 0,930 + 0,466X1 + 0,493X2 + 0,493X3 + From the multiple linear regression equation, it can be seen that the variable that most dominantly influences passenger interest is the variable Timeliness and Confidence with a regression coefficient of 0.493. With the coefficient of determination (Adjusted R square) a result of 0.818 or 81.8% is obtained, which means that the interest of the passengers in PT. Indonesian Railway Daop IV Tawang Station which is in the Semarang area shows that Convenience, Timeliness and Trust have an influence of 81.8% and other factors that influence Passenger Interest in Airlangga Trains at Tawang Semarang Station are 18.2%. Thus the results of the study indicate that the factors that influence passenger interest in the Airlangga Train Semarang - Jakarta Department (Study Daop IV Tawang Station) have a positive and significant effect on passenger interest in Airlangg Trains.
