Abstract
ABSTRACT The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of the independent variables namely Safety Culture, Air Traffic Control and Safety Management System, for the dependent variable namely Flight Safety. The population in this study was 100 people consisting of AMC (Apron Movement Control), ATC (Air Traffic Control) and Ground Handling who are employees of PT Angkasa Pura I Yogyakarta International Airport who have a classification of knowledge about aviation safety. Methods of data collection were carried out through observation, library research, interviews, documentation and questionnaires using multiple linear regression analysis with the help of the Statistical Package For Social Science (SPSS). The sampling technique used is the Simple Random Sampling technique where this type of method is carried out by providing equal opportunities for all elements to be selected as a sample. The entire population is sampled using the Slovin formula so that a total of 100 people are taken from AMC, ATC and Ground Handling. The results of the research by testing the t-test hypothesis show that the variables Safety Culture, Air Traffic Control and Safety Management System have a positive and significant effect on Flight Safety at PT Angkasa Pura I Yogyakarta International Airport. Based on the results of the study it can be seen that the research model is a multiple linear regression equation. From the regression results it can be seen that the most dominant variable influencing Flight Safety is the Safety Culture variable. With the r square test, it means that the increase in Flight Safety at PT Angkasa Pura I Yogyakarta International Airport is influenced by Safety Culture, Air Traffic Control and Safety Management System and there are other factors that influence the increase in flight safety at PT Angkasa Pura I Yogyakarta International Airport.
