Abstract

Shipping Agency Company is a field that takes care of the ship handling process. With the existence of sea transportation facilities or ships, it is able to expedite the delivery of goods. Based on the above, the Republic of Indonesia's communications made regulation Number PM 157 of 2015 concerning the implementation of Inaportnet, a system -based electronic service system issued by the Directorate General of Sea Transport ation. This Port Clearance activity has obstacles when the ship wants to enter the port. These obstacles include, in carrying out work it is not uncommon for us to face certain difficulties and obstacles but do not cover our possibility if we can easily solve them. There are several problem formulations that the author must complete in the process of handling ship attendants, related agencies, obstacles and solutions to solve the problem formulation. Here the writer uses the data collection method that the writer uses in this writing is observation, interviews, documentation that the writer collects. The results obtained from this writing are knowing the process of handling ship services by waiting on the inaportnet system, the agencies involved in the proce ss of handling ship stewards and the obstacles encountered in the inaportnet system.
