Abstract

This paper was created to obtain a more in-depth picture of the role of PT. BerkahBahari Makmur and related agencies, the documents needed, the process of exporting goods, obstacles and how to overcome obstacles in the process of exporting goods. There are several background problems that the author must solve, namely the process of exporting goods, filling out documents using the system, related agencies, and problems encountered in the system. For the data used, I use primary data and secondary data. Primary data was obtained through direct interviews with the operational and admin. While secondary data obtained through books, archives, and other sources. The data collection method used was observation which saw directly the activities in the field. The results of observations can be concluded that PT. Berkah Bahari Makmur is engaged in a Customs Service Management Company that serves the delivery of export and import goods between countries via land, sea, and air where this company assists in the processing of export and import documents, making it easier for customers to export and import goods between countries. country.
