Abstract
This paper is written to obtain a deeper description of the role of PT. Dunia Trans Persada, especially in the field of freight forwarding, goods delivery processes, supporting documents and related parties in the procedure for shipping furniture exports to Japan. For the data used, the authors use primary data and secondary data. Primary data was obtained through direct interviews with Mr. Suwandono as the party representing PT. DuniaTrans Persada . While Secondary data obtained through books, journals, and other sources. The data collection method used by the author is observation which sees directly the activities in the field during the Ground Practice at PT. Dunia Trans Persada for approximately 6 months. The results of the study can be interpreted that this company is engaged in freight forwarding services that serve the delivery of goods and documents by sea and air and collaborate with other parties to expedite the process of sending goods to Japan.
