Abstract
Abstract One of the companies engaged in the logistics sector using a fleet of trucks is PT. UDL International which is located in the city of Surabaya. In its role, PT. UDL International Surabaya sends logistics according to procedures starting from ordering until the goods are in the hands of consumers. The process of smooth delivery of goods, this company uses transportation, namely trucks, as a means of land transportation that can help companies to send goods in large quantities. There are various ways to find out about roles, objectives, constraints, documents, and ways of maintaining the fleet. The research method used was data collection, observation, and questionnaires. That is research that explains the cause and effect of an event, as well as describes what happened when the event took place, and describes the entire process from the beginning of the event to the impact of the event. Using observation data collection techniques and interviews. Observations were made on the object of research including what are the roles, objectives, constraints, documents, and how to maintain the fleet at PT. UDL International Surabaya. Interviews with employees of PT. UDL International Surabaya was carried out directly and the results of the research were to find out the roles, constraints, documents, and how to maintain the fleet of PT.
