Abstract
ABSTRACT This scientific paper was made to get a deeper picture of the role of PT.Jahroo Indonesia Transport,specificallythe process of exporting goods, starting from the role of PT. Jahroo Indonesia Transport as Forwarder then the stages ]that are passed,then the parties involved, and what documents are needed.For the dataused, Iuse primary data and secondary data. Primary data obtained through interviwesdirectly with the operational parties and admin from PT. Jahroo Indonesia Transport While secondary data is obtained through abooks,archives,and other sources. Theme thodof data collection nuse disobservation which directly sees the activities in the field by PT. Jahroo Indonesia Transport. The result of the research can be concludedthat PT. Jahroo Indonesia Transport as Forwarder servesthe deliveryof export and import goods between countries that can be throughland, sea and air, which is PT. Jahroo Indonesia Transport assistsin the management of export and impor documents so as facilitate the costumer intheprocess of exportingand importing goods betweencountries.
