Abstract
Marine pollution arises due to sources of pollution, one of the main causes of marine pollution is oil. Among them are loading and unloading of oil onshore and offshore, oil transportation activities by ship, ship accidents and other activities. because of that, regulations regarding the prevention of sea pollution were strictly drafted both regarding systems, techniques and other supporting materials that have the potential to cause sea pollution. Data collection techniques are one of the crucial and important things to determine so that the writing is carried out more smoothly and under control.
