Abstract
The EMKL company is currently one of the most important companies in export or import, PT. Samudera Perdana Selaras is a company engaged in logistics services. The import-export process carried out by this company focuses on supporting domestic needs. The author takes the subject matter of the Application Procedure for the import of Commodity Skim Milk Powder Owned by PT. Sarihusada Generation Mahardika by PT. Samudera Perdana Harmonizes Semarang To obtain data the author uses qualitative methods by way of direct observation, direct interviews and literature study to complete the writing.The results of the observations made by the author are knowing the procedures for importing Skim Milk Powder. The documents used, and obstacles during the activity. In the process of importing goods, several obstacles were found, such as missing documents, COO data errors, TPKS experiencing flooding, and ETA of the ship backing down. Where the results of these observations are in accordance with the problems that the authors found, to overcome these obstacles it is necessary to be careful in the process of receiving documents and document input.
