Abstract
In order to improve services to ships and goods quickly, safely and neutrally at the Merak-Banten port, the government issued various regulations, one of the regulations issued was the One Stop Integrated Service (PTSP) policy electronically or known as the Indonesia National Single Window (INSW). Inaportnet is one part of the implementation of the INSW program which is an electronic system in port document management services (loading and unloading) and ship documents, besides the Inaportnet service system is made to provide convenience to shipping companies, such as: shipping agencies, stevedoring, etc. This shows that the shipping company has licensed activities for managing ship arrivals and departures. The Inaportnet system at PT Samudera Makmur Agencies has been running well, as can be seen from the readiness carried out by the Port Authority. This readiness includes facilities and human resources or operators, as well as service user support. To find out agency services using the inaportnet system. The data collection method used by the author in this scientific paper uses a descriptive observation method with a qualitative approach. This integrated service of ships and goods electronically has been running well and effectively. this shows that the Inaportnet system has a positive and significant effect on the ship's clearance in/clearance out process.
