Abstract
The purpose of this study was to determine whether or not the influence of service quality, ease of purchasing tickets using the application, fares and security on the decisions of KM passengers. Lawit on the Semarang- Pontianak route. The sample in this study amounted to 95 respondents KM passengers. Lawit, using a non- probability sampling technique, namely quota sampling. Analysis of the data used in this study is descriptive analysis and quantitative analysis, the data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis with the help of (software) Statistical Package For Social Science (SPSS) version 26. The results of the study by partially testing the t-test hypothesis showed that service quality, ease of purchasing tickets using applications, fares and security have a positive and significant impact on passenger decisions. Based on the results of the study, it can be seen that the research model of the multiple linear regression equation is Y= -1.624 + 0.177 X1 + 0.289 X2 + 0.242 X3 + 0.294 X4 + µ. From the regression equation, it can be seen that the most dominant variable affecting the increase in the number of passengers is the security variable with a regression coefficient of 0.294.
