Abstract
The subject of discussion in the writing of this paper is the handling of crew changes on foreign ships after the covid-19 pandemic at Panjang Port by PT Lampung Shipping Agency. There are several background problems that the author must solve, namely the process of foreign ship crew change activities, documents required, obstacles and solutions faced in foreign ship crew change activities. Lampung Shipping Agency which is an agency company that serves agency services for local ships and foreign ships. The purpose of writing this paper is none other than to find out how the process of changing crew activities, documents used, obstacles and solutions in the activities of changing foreign ship crews after the covid-19 pandemic. Based on data collection carried out during land practice (PRADA), the author uses several methods, namely, observation, interviews, and document studies and literature studies. The result of the discussion of this paper is that the handling of foreign crew change activities by PT. Lampung Shipping Agency will run well if each party can fulfill the procedures applied.
