Abstract
Corona Virus Disease 2019 or COVID-19 is an infectious disease caused by a newly discovered corona virus known as severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2). the field of shipping safety and security, coordination of government activities at ports as well as regulation, control and supervision of port activities. Qualitative data is developing an understanding of individuals and events taking into account the relevant context and in terms of data collection also using document collection, interviews, and recording data in intensive field notes. Observation is the process of thorough observation and observing certain behavior or conditions.
