Abstract
Juwana Port is a national port, an inter-island port located in the waters of the Silunggonggo River which is the gateway to the economy in Pati Regency. Class III Juwana UPP Office is an international port with goods and human traffic as well as very busy shipping. In this busy channel, of course it also results in pollution around the port, whether it's unloading or refueling ships. Pollution that often occurs at the port of Juawana is oil pollution from fueling spills, this pollution results in contamination of the waters around the port. The data collection technique used in writing this paper is through interviews, observation, and literature studies. Sources and impacts of pollution that occurred in Juwana Port were due to routine ship activities, ship accidents, oil run-off from land, smoke carrying and tank cleaning. UPP Juwana in minimizing oil pollution by installing Oil Booms, Providing Dispersants, In-Situ Burning (Burning) and using gauze and doing this in collaboration with local agencies and conducting counseling for fishermen and local companies.
