Abstract
The main discussion in writing this paper was made to get a better picture of the duties of PT Rimo Transport Expressindo semarang in handling the process of unloading wood in container, the problem being loaded is the procedure for unloading wood in container. The purpose of this observation is to find out the procedure for unloading cargo in wooden container, the workflow that was passed, the inhibiting factors, what document were needed, the obstacles experienced and the methods used to overcome the obstacles in the process onloading wood in container. For data coleection, the author uses method obtained through interview, observation which see directly the activies at the port, archive book, and other sources. Fot the result of this discussion, it can be concluded that PT Rimo Transport Expressindo is engaged in services and container where this company helps in managing the delivery of goods between islands in indosesia or abroad. Although in the unloading activities there are still several factors that become abstacles in the implementation, the company makes every effort to carry out the smooth process of loading and unloading to the fullest.
