Abstract
All administrative services from the Office of PT. Pelindo III Tanjung Emas Semarang regarding Operational Activities of Loading and Unloading Fertilizer from the Batam Black Orchid Ship to the Pier at PT. Pelindo III Emas Semarang, this system is used to facilitate loading and unloading activities at the port. Which includes loading and unloading services at the port of Tanjung Emas Semarang. The discussion of this paper aims to be able to find out the implementation, constraints, solutions and efforts in improving the loading and unloading system of goods or cargo on ships. The method used in this scientific paper is a qualitative approach with primary and secondary data sources from interviews, observations and literature studies. The results achieved in writing this scientific paper include knowing the agencies involved, the flow of procedures and related documents in the Operational Activities of Loading and Unloading Fertilizers from the Batam Black Orchid Ship to the Pier at PT. Pelindo III Tanjung Emas Semarang The conclusion of this paper is about the loading and unloading flow procedures, the required documents and the constraints of the Fertilizer Loading and Unloading Operational Activities process.
