Abstract

PT. Nusa Ampera Indah Cilacap, in this case as the party appointed by PT. Solusi Bahari Indonesia to carry out the handling of coal unloading at the Wijaya Pura pier, PT. Pelindo Tnajung Intan Cilacap Branch, Wijaya Pura Pier as a jetty managed by PT. Pelindo, which is located in Cilacap, Central Java, operates coal unloading activities, which PT. Nusa Ampera Indah is one of the companies whose existence is located in the Kompengan area, Tambakarya, Cilacap Sel District, Cilacap Regency, Central Java. His daily activities are handling coal unloading. Coal unloading activities do not always run smoothly because they are hampered by many factors, one of which is natural factors during the rainy season. The purpose of this paper is to find out the procedures for handling coal unloading by PT. Nusa Ampera Indah, as well as to find out about the related parties and the obstacles faced during the implementation of the procedures for handling coal unloading by PT. Nusa Ampera Indah at the wijaya pura pier PT. Pelindo Tanjung Intan Cilacap Branch. The data collection method used is Observation by observing each coal unloading activity by PT. Nusa Ampera Indah and observing the obstacles that occur. Interview method, interviews were conducted with Mr. Eko Saptra as the head of the operational section of PT.
