Abstract
Timeliness is influenced by several factors including Human Resources ,Airline Management and Operational Technical. Of the three, has an important role in improving Timeliness with satisfying results. The purpose of this study is to determine whether there is an influence of Human Resources , Airline Management, and Operational Technical on Timeliness at Juanda International Airport, Surabaya. In this study, the study population was the Timeliness at Surabaya Airport by taking a sample system with 80 respondents (samples). The variables in this study consisted of: the independent variable and Human Resources (X.1), Airline Management (X.2), Operational Technical (X.3) and the dependent variable namely Timeliness (Y). The research model is multiple linear regression analysis.. The results of the analysis using SPSS V.21 statistical aids obtained multiple linear regression equation Y = -0,942 + 0,390X1 + 0.330X2 + 0.339X3 + µ. The results of multiple linear equations show that there is a positive and significant influence between Resources Humans against Timeliness (t count 3,089> t table of 1.99085), Airline Management on Timeliness (t count 3,036> t table at 1.99085), Technical Operations on Timeliness (t count 4,002> t table at 1.99085), individually Human Resources, Airline Management and Technical Operations affect the Timeliness. The influence of the three research variables is very strong with the coefficient value (R Square) obtained by 56,4% on Timeliness and 43,6% is influenced by variables not detected in this study.
