Abstract
The passenger's decision is a consumer's choice of a brand, which is an attitude of determining the decision. East Nusa Tenggara Province is an archipelago province, so the existence of sea transportation is very strategic in terms of accessibility from/to regions/regions in East Nusa Tenggara. This study aims to determine the effect of Service Quality, Ticket Prices, Security, Convenience on Passenger Decisions at PT. Pelni Waingapu Branch. The population in this study were the passengers of the KM Egon ship owned by PT. Pelni Waingapu Branch and the sample used in this study were 100 respondents. The sampling technique used is non-probability sampling purposive sampling type, then the data is analyzed using multiple linear regression with the help of (software) Statistical Package For Social Science (SPSS) Version 25. The regression formulation in this study is as follows: Y = 1.457 + 0.277X1 + 0.319X2 + 0.225X3 +0.285 + µ From this equation, it is known that the most dominant variable influencing passenger decisions is the ticket price variable with a regression coefficient of 0.319. The R2 (R Square) test obtained results of 0.610 or 61% which means that Passenger Decisions are influenced by the variables of Service Quality, Ticket Prices, Security and Comfort which are 61% and other factors that affect Shipping Safety at PT. Pelni Waingapu Branch, which is 39%. Keyword: passenger decisions, service quality, ticket prices, security, comfort
