Abstract
The purpose of this study was to determine the factors that affect the smooth import of goods at PT. Freeport Indonesia Kuala Kencana. The sample in this study amounted to 98 respondents Employees of PT. Freeport Indonesia, using a non-probability sampling technique, namely quota sampling. Analysis of the data used in this study is descriptive analysis and quantitative analysis, the data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis with the help of (software) Statistical Package For Social Science (SPSS) version 22. The results of the study by partially testing the t-test hypothesis showed that Completeness of Import Documents, Delivery Time, and Type of Load have a positive and significant effect on the Smooth Import of Goods. Based on the results of research and multiple analysis, the following equations are generated: Y = 0.460 + 0.134 X1, + 0.615 X2 + 0.226 X3 + Shows that, Based on empirical data (the results of filling out the questionnaire) and multiple linear regression results indicate that the Import Document Completeness variable (X1) has a tcount value of 2.035 > t table 1,98552 then, H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. Variable Delivery Time (X2) has a value of t arithmetic 11.554 > t table 1.98552 then, H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. The variable type of cargo (X3) has a t-count value of 3.303 and a t-table of 1.98552, so H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. . Keywords: Completeness of Import Documents, Delivery Time, and Type of
