Abstract
The purpose of this study was to determine whether or not the influence of road conditions, road equipment, and driver behavior on traffic control on the Sumpiuh highway, Banyumas Regency. The sample in this study obtained 100 respondents who were taken from road users using a non-probability sampling technique, namely purposive sampling. Analysis of the data used in this study is descriptive analysis and quantitative analysis, the data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis with the help of (software) Statistical Package For Social Science (SPSS) version 26. The results of the study by partially testing the t-test hypothesis showed that road conditions, road equipment, and driver behavior have a positive and significant effect on the smooth flow of traffic. Based on the research results, it can be seen that the research model of the multiple linear regression equation is Y= 1.672 + 0.316.X1 + 0.320.X2 + 0.209.X3 + µ. From the regression equation, it can be seen that the most dominant variable affecting the smooth flow of traffic is the road equipment variable with a regression coefficient of 0.320. And the R2 (R Square) test obtained results of 0.462 or 46.2% which means that the smooth flow of traffic is influenced by the variables of road conditions, road equipment, and driver behavior which is 46.2% and other factors that affect the smooth flow of traffic. traffic of 53.8% or 0.538.
