Abstract
The current logistics industry which continues to increase has resulted in increasingly fierce and competitive competition between fellow logistics service providers, each company seeks to improve the performance of its employees and maintain it so that the company can develop well and can continue to compete in competition between fellow logistics service providers. To be able to improve the performance of employees of the company, the company's management seeks to improve the quality of the best employees by selecting every employee who will join the company based on their level of education to suit their position and field of work, providing training to employees who have not been able to master their field of work, and the need for good communication between superiors and subordinates in order to establish good cooperation for the company's goals to run well and can develop again. This study aims to determine and analyze how much influence knowledge, superior-subordinate relationships and training have on employee performance at PT. Arindo Jaya Mandiri Semarang. The number of samples in this study were 80 respondents who were employees of PT. Arindo Jaya Mandiri Semarang. Based on multiple linear regression analysis, the results obtained are Y = 0.762 + 0.373 X1, + 0.417 X2 + 0.266 X3 + . The results of the partial test of knowledge, superior-subordinate relationships and training have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. It is proven by the results of the comparison of the value of t count with t table and with a significant level comparison of 5% (0.05) where the knowledge variable t count (3.578) > t table (1.99125) with a significant level of 0.001 < 0.05, the relationship variable superiors and subordinates t count (4.544) > t table (1.99125) with a significant level of 0.000 < 0.05, the training variable t count (3.479) > t table (1.99125) with a significant level of 0.001 < 0.05. The R² test of knowledge, superior-subordinate relationships and training had a significant effect on employee performance by 62.8%, while the remaining 37.2% was explained by other causes outside the variable model not examined.
