Abstract
As a maritime country, sea transportation is the backbone of the transportation system. Sea transportation serves to serve the mobility of people, goods and services or logistics that connect economic activities between islands and international relations. Bonded Logistics Center is a bonded storage place for stockpiling goods originating from the customs area and or goods originating from other areas in the customs area, may be accompanied by 1 (one) or more simple activities within a certain period to be reissued. Bonded Logistics Center for cotton commodities managed by PT. Sricon Logistik Indonesia will move its Malaysian cotton warehouses to Indonesia, thereby reducing logistics, transportation and warehousing costs. This study aims to determine the effect of equipment, operations, human resources partially and simultaneously on the effectiveness of loading and unloading at the bonded logistics center of PT. Sricon Logistics Indonesia. The population in this study are customers, service users, surveyors of the bonded logistics center of PT. Sricon Logistik Indonesia, which amounted to 75 and the sample of this study was 75 respondents. The sampling technique is saturated sampling where all the population is sampled which is then given a questionnaire regarding operational variables, human resource equipment, loading and unloading effectiveness. The data analysis used in this study is descriptive analysis and quantitative analysis, the data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis with the help of (software) Statistical Package For Social Science (SPSS) version 25. The results of the study were t-test hypothesis testing and F-test independently. partial and simultaneous shows that equipment, operations, human resources have a positive and significant effect on the effectiveness of loading and unloading. Most of the respondents are male (93.3%), age 38-47 years (30.7%, last education is high school (50.7%), and with a working period of more than 10 years (72.0%). The data obtained will be analyzed using the Multiple Linear Regression Statistical Test. The results show that the equipment (X1) partially has a positive effect on the effectiveness of loading and unloading (Y) 0.010 <0.05. operational (X2) partially positive effect on the effectiveness of loading and unloading (Y) 0.003 <0.05. Human resources (X3) partially have a positive effect on the effectiveness of loading and unloading (Y) 0.024 < 0.05. Keywords: Equipment, Operations, Human Resources, Effectiveness of Loading and Unloading
