Abstract
Regional original income (PAD) is income obtained by the region which is collected based on regional regulations in accordance with statutory regulations. Locally-generated revenue The Semarang city government is trying to optimize parking fees, which so far are still lacking when compared to the size of the existing parking potential. In its role in managing parking fees, providing parking facilities and services is the task of the Department of Transportation in the Parking Technical Implementation Unit, under the auspices of the City Government. Parking levies as one source of Regional Original Income managed by the Department of Transportation in the parking technical implementation unit. This study aims to determine the effect of Parking Management, Parking Locations, and Supervision on Increasing Locally generated revenue. The population in this study were visitors who parked at the intersection of five Semarang city and the number of samples used in the study were 100 respondents. The sampling technique used is non-probability sampling incidental sampling type, then the data is analyzed using multiple linear regression with the help of the application (software) Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS) Version 26. The formulation of the regression in this study is as follows: : Y = 2,743 + 0,400X1 + 0,065X2 + 0,309X3 + µ From this equation, it is known that the most dominant variable affecting shipping safety is the parking location with a regression coefficient of 2.304. The R (R Square) test obtained results of 0.656 or 65.6% which means that the increase in local revenue is influenced by the variables of parking management, parking location, and supervision which is 65.6% and other factors that affect the increase in local revenue in the intersection area. five cities in Semarang, namely 34.4%.
