Abstract

Passenger satisfaction is influenced by various factors including service quality, facilities, price and trust. These factors have an important role in influencing passenger satisfaction. The purpose of this study was to determine whether or not there is an influence on the quality of service, ticket prices and facilities at KM. Express Bahari 8E partially. The sample in this study was 89 respondents who were passengers of the KM ship. Express Bahari 8E sampling using incidental sampling. The analytical technique used is Multiple Linear Regression. Based on this analysis, the following regression equation was obtained: Y = -0,473 + 0,208X1 + 0,130X2 - 0,086X3 + 0,651X4 + µ The constant value of -0.473 means that if the independent variable is considered constant, then passenger satisfaction has a value of -0.473, the regression coefficient value of the service quality variable (X1) of 0.208 means that if it is increased by one unit while other independent variables are considered constant, then the variable passenger satisfaction will increase by 0.208. The regression coefficient value of the facility variable (X2) is 0.130, meaning that if it is increased by one unit while the other independent variables are considered constant, the passenger satisfaction variable will increase by 0.130. The regression coefficient value of the price variable (X3) is- 0.086, meaning that if it is increased by one unit while the other independent variables are considered constant, then the passenger satisfaction variable will decrease by 0.086. The regression coefficient value of the confidence variable (X4) is 0.651, meaning that if it is increased by one unit while the other independent variables are considered constant, the passenger satisfaction variable will increase by 0.651.
