Abstract
This research is a descriptive qualitative research. The research subjects were employees of the Labuhan Lombok Port Operator Unit Office, crew KM. Nusantara Belt 79 and service users. Data collection methods used are observation, interviews (interviews), tests and documentation. This study aims to determine the process of sea toll ship service and what goods are sent via sea toll vessels at the Labuhan Lombok Port and to find out what expectations are desired for the development of the marine highway program in the future. The subjects of this study were determined based on the criteria. The data collected were analyzed qualitatively through data reduction steps, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The findings in this study are (1) Sea Toll Services at the Labuhan Lombok Port Operator Unit Office include: notification of ship arrivals, ship arrival supervision, ship crew and passenger health checks, boarding / disembarking and loading / unloading supervision of goods, the process of issuing sailing approval letters , departure control. (2) Any goods that are unloaded and loaded include: Candlenut, electronic devices and important staples. (3) Expectations for the sea highway in the future include: Additional ship crew salaries, additional routes and fleets. The results of this study can be used as a reference in improving services and evaluation materials for the marine highway program in the future so that all levels of society can experience this marine highway program.
