Abstract
The high use of the internet in Indonesia is a trigger for companies to follow the wishes of the community, namely by appearing various types of mobile applications, with the emergence of various types of existing mobile applications, one of which is mobile ticketing. One of the transportation service providers that has started to take advantage of this e-ticketing service is PT. Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) Daop VI Yogyakarta, which provides rail transportation services. The development of online ticket purchases aims to create consumer buying interest. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the variables of Ease, Price, Convenience, and Interest in Using KAI Access. The method used in this research is quantitative. The sampling technique used is the incidental sampling technique with the respondents studied in this study conducted on 100 people who have purchased tickets using the KAI Access application at Yogyakarta Station. Collecting data using a questionnaire technique, where the questionnaire uses a Likert scale with 5 answer choices from 1 to 5. The results of this study, proven through multiple linear regression analysis used to analyze the effect of the independent variables, namely: Ease, price, and convenience on the dependent variable, namely Interest in Using KAI Access with the results: Y = -1.202 + 0.387 X1 + 0.452X2 + 0.231 X3 + µ . and based on the coefficient of determination it can be concluded that the variables of Ease, Price, and Convenience together have a strong influence on Interest in Using KAI Access of 69.3% Keywords : Perception of Ease, Price, Convenience of Access, and Interest in Using KAI Access
