Abstract

This research uses a quantitative approach with this type of explanation research. The population in this study is employees of PT. Angkasa Pura I Ahmad Yani Airport Semarang with a population of 177 employees in 2020. The data collection method uses questionnaires and uses the likert scale to measure research variables. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear analysis. With the help of the spss program IBM Version 25Based on the results of research and analysis of multiple regressions generated equations. Y = 3,261 + 0,355 X1 + 0,486 X2 - 0,146 X3 + µ From the multiple linear regression equation it can be known that the direct financial variable of 0.35 means that if other independent variables of fixed value and direct financial increase of 1 unit, then the variable of work performance increases by 0.355, Then the indirect financial variable of 0.486 means that if other independent variables of fixed and indirect financial value increase by 1 unit, then the variable of work performance increases by 0.486, and and if the non-financial variable of 0.146 means that if other independent variables of fixed and non-financial value increase by 1 unit, then the variable of work achievement increases by 0.146. The dominant research is influential to find out the percentage of changes in variables bound by work performance caused by free variables, the determination coefficient number R (Adjusted R Square) of 0.548. This means that direct, indirect, and non-financial financial variables contribute 54.08% in influencing work performance. While other factors that affect work performance by (100% - 54.08%) = 45.2% outside of the variables studied in determining work performance.
