Abstract
In this study, four research variables were analyzed: Productivity, Responsivity and Responsibility as independent variables that affect the dependent variable, namely the performance of the Parking Sector. Formulation of the problem, research objectives and hypotheses in this study is to analyze the positive and significant influence individually between the independent variables, namely Productivity, Responsiveness and Responsibility to the dependent variable, namely the performance of the Parking Sector. In this study, the objects taken were employees of the Department of Transportation in the Parking Sector. Data sources include primary data and secondary data. The sample in this study were 38 respondents who were passengers or people who had used the Trans Semarang BRT Bus. The data analysis technique is multiple linear regression technique and with statistical tools SPSS version 25, based on the results of research and data analysis, the regression equation is generated: Y =0.128+0.313X1+0.243X2+0.198X3+ The results of the multiple linear regression equation show that there is a positive and partially significant effect between Productivity on Parking Field Performance (t count = 2.402) > t table = (1.68957), responsiveness to Parking Field Performance (t count = 3,273) > t table = (1.68957), Responsibility (t count = 2.530) > t table = (1.68957), the coefficient of determination gets an R square value of 0.694 from 3 variables that have a contribution of 62.9% in influencing the Performance of the Parking Sector while the rest is the influence of other variables which is not included in this study is 37.1%, which means Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, meaning that simultaneously or together the independent variables (Productivity, Responsivity and Responsibility) have a positive and significant effect on the dependent variable (Parking Sector performance). Based on the analysis carried out, it was concluded that Productivity is in the first place of the three variables that affect the Parking Sector Performance variable, then from testing the hypothesis that it is suspected that Productivity, Responsiveness and Responsibility have a positive and significant effect on the performance of the Parking Sector, the truth has been proven.
