Abstract
Passenger interest is very important, because of the factors that influence the operation of a bus company in the midst of the establishment of many other bus companies. There are many factors that affect Passenger Interest, such as: Quality of Service, Driver, Quality and Facilities, all of which are very important in determining the standard of Passenger Interest. In this study, three variables will be analyzed, namely passenger interest, driver, and facilities as independent variables that will affect the dependent variable, namely passenger interest. This study takes the object of PO. Putra Remaja. The sample in this study was 100 with multiple linear regression analysis techniques, namely: Y= 3.107 + 0.056X1 + 0.557 .X2 +0.121.X3 + u Based on the calculation of SPSS (Statistical Package for Social Science) version 25.0, a linear equation is obtained: where the Quality of Service (X1) in the partial test is obtained: the t count is 0.666 > t table is 1.98447, which means that there is a positive and significant influence between the quality service (X1) to passenger interest (Y). The t-count between the driver variable (X2) and passenger interest (Y) is 4.232 > t table is 1.98447. This shows that there is a positive and partially significant influence between the two variables. Facility Variable (X3) with a t-count value of 1.090 < t table with a value of 1.98447. which partially does not have a positive and significant effect on passenger interest (Y).
