Abstract
The main discussion in this paper is about the use of the Inaportnet system in smooth handling of clearance in and clearance out on tankers owned by PT. Pertamina (Persero) by PT. Pertamina Trans Continental Cilacap Branch. The background of the problem is the Inaportnet System is a system used for clearance in and clearance out activities, thus requiring all agency companies to be able to access the system. The purpose of writing this paper is to find out the procedures for clearance in and clearance out services with the Inaportnet system, find out which agencies are involved, find out the obstacles in using the Inaportnet system, and find solutions to overcome obstacles in the Inaportnet system. Based on data collection conducted during the Land Practice (Prada), the authors used several methods including observation, interviews, and document studies, and from these results the authors concluded that with the Inaportnet system, the clearance in and clearance out processes can be carried out effectively and efficiently. , as well as facilitate agency companies in providing services to ships.
