Abstract

PT. Orindo Bangun Samudera is a ship agency company, which is a business activity to manage the interests of ships of foreign sea transportation companies and/or ships of national sea transportation companies while in Indonesia. The Ship Agency Company Business License is a legal order and is regulated through government regulations on the basis of careful research. The purpose of writing this paper is to find out the flow of making Ship Agency Company Business License, to find out what documents are needed, to identify what agencies are involved, and to find out the obstacles and provide solutions in the process of making Ship Agency Company Business License. Based on data collection conducted during land practice (Prada). The author uses several methods, namely interviews, observation, documentation, and literature studies. The results of the discussion of this paper are the flow in making the Ship Agency Company Business License has been clearly and systematically listed, the documents needed in making the Ship Agency Company Business License PT. Orindo Bangun Samudera has 18 documents, 10 related agencies, and the obstacles that occur are obstacles to the system aspect of the majority of the regions and obstacles to the management aspect.
