Abstract
The online clearance management uses symphonies to facilitate the payment of PNBP and information on port quarantine health services online, quickly, neutrally and easily. Simponi online users for health quarantine clearance are government agencies and logistics industry players in Indonesia who use such as Shipping Lines or Agents. The purpose of this research is to analyze the Mechanism of Online Health Quarantine Clearance Management at the Gresik Port Health Office by PT. Oremus Bahari Mandiri. This study uses a descriptive qualitative method, namely research that provides a careful description of the online quarantine clearance management. The method of data collection is through the observation method of direct observation to PT. Oremus Bahari Mandiri, interview method with direct questions and answers with employees, documentation method in the form of employee diaries and data on company regulations and policies. The results of the data obtained are then analyzed, how is the mechanism for managing the online health quarantine clearance. So that it can be seen what obstacles are often encountered during online health quarantine clearance. From this research, it is hoped that as much as possible online symphony users are very helpful in the health quarantine clearance process for publishing documents online and also observing differences before and after using online symphony.
