Abstract
In this study, the background of the declining productivity of ports in Indonesia during the COVID-19 pandemic varied, some grew and some experienced growth. A number of ports experienced a decrease in ship visits and loading and unloading volumes, but a number of ports continued to experience growth. PT. Berlian Jasa Terminal Indonesia only experienced a decline, while the cumulative productivity of the other three operators (Pelindo I, III, and IV) continued to grow. In this study itself aims to determine how far the influence of infrastructure, loading and unloading labor, loading and unloading process time, loading and unloading effectiveness on container productivity. Formulation of the problem, the purpose of this study and the hypothesis in this study is to analyze the positive and significant influence individually between independent variables, namely infrastructure, loading and unloading labor, loading and unloading process time, loading and unloading effectiveness on container productivity. Data sources include primary and secondary data. The sample in this study amounted to 120 respondents of loading and unloading service employees through non- probability sampling technique using total sampling. The data analysis technique is multiple linear regression with the result Y= 1.786 + 0.305.X1 + 0.216.X2 + 0.239.X3+0.368.X4+ From the results of the study there is a relationship between the independent variable and the dependent variable, hypothesis testing using the t test shows that the location of the independent variable is infrastructure of 0.305 (X1), loading and unloading labor of 0.216 (X2), loading and unloading process time of 0.239 (X3) , and the loading and unloading effectiveness of 0.368 (X4) which was investigated proved to have a positive and significant effect on the dependent variable of container productivity (Y) with the loading and unloading effectiveness variable having the highest influence than the other variables in influencing container productivity. In the coefficient of determination test (R square) the Adjust R Square value of 0.633 means that 63.3% of the variation in the dependent variable of container productivity can be explained by the independent variables of infrastructure, loading and unloading labor, loading and unloading process time, loading and unloading effectiveness. While the remaining 36.7% is explained by reasons other than the variables studied. Keywords: Infrastructure, Loading and Unloading Workforce, Unloading Process Wantu, Loading and Unloading Effectiveness
