Abstract

The Magelang City Transportation Service is a government agency that assists the mayor in carrying out government affairs in the transportation sector which is the authority of the region and the co-administration tasks assigned to the regional government. In this study itself aims to determine how far the influence of Efficiency, Effectiveness, and Fairness on Employee Performance. Formulation of the problem, the purpose of this study and the hypothesis in this study is to analyze the positive and significant influence individually between the independent variables, namely Efficiency, Effectiveness, and Fairness on Employee Performance. Data sources include primary and secondary data. The sample in this study amounted to 30 respondents of transportation entrepreneurs who had issued route permits through non-probability sampling technique using random sampling. The data analysis technique is multiple linear regression with the result Y= 3.505 + 0.377.X1 + 0.526.X2 + 0.427.X3+ From the results of the study there is a relationship between the independent variable and the dependent variable, hypothesis testing using the t test shows that the three independent variables, namely Efficiency of 0.377 (X1), Effectiveness of 0.526 (X2), and Justice of 0.427 (X3) which have been studied have a positive and significant effect. affects the dependent variable employee performance (Y) with the effectiveness variable having the highest influence than the other variables in influencing employee performance. In the coefficient of determination test (R square) the value of Adjust R Square is 0.798, meaning 79.8% of the variation in the dependent variable of employee performance. While other factors that influence employee performance (100%-79.8%) = 20.2% So, the remaining 20.2% are other variables that are not proposed in this study.
