Abstract
In responding to transportation needs, satisfaction is the basis that can influence consumer choices to choose various types of services that are currently developing. In an era of rapid development and population growth, people tend to choose fast and affordable transportation. The community will demand better service quality, price, and comfort according to their needs, so that service users are more careful in choosing everything that can be used as needed. The purpose of this study was to determine whether or not there is a partial effect of service quality, price, and convenience on the satisfaction of users of BRT Trans Jateng services. Y = 1.669 + 0.509 X1 + 0.198 X2 + 0.161 X3 From the regression equation, it can be seen that the most dominant variable affecting service user satisfaction is service quality. The results of the R2 test (Adjusted R Square) obtained results of 0.721 or 72.1%. This shows that the variables studied, namely service quality, price, and convenience have an influence on the dependent variable, namely service user satisfaction by 72.1%, while the remaining 27.9% is influenced by variables not examined (confounding variables). The results of the t-test on service quality of 6.765 are greater than the t-table of 1.985. The results of the t-test at a price of 2.023 are greater than the t- table of 1.985. The results of the t-test on comfort of 2.044 are greater than the t- table of 1.985. Keywords : Service Quality, Price and Convenience, and Service User Satisfact
