Abstract
The main discussion in this paper in writing is about the role of the PPJK company PT. Berlian Transtar Abadi Logistics Surabaya in Handling imported Green Beans. There are several background problems that the author must solve, namely the serice process of the PPJK company PT. Berlian Transtar Abadi Logistics Surabaya im Green Beans import activities and the obstacles faced in Green Beans Import activities. PT. Berlian Transtar Abadi Logistics Surabaya, which is a company to serve the logistics business, especially in imports where PT. Berlian Transtar Abadi Logistics Surabaya will provide customs management services, handling imports. The purpose of writing this paper is none other than find out how the process of importing Green Beans is and to find out the obstacles in importing activities. Based on data collection conducted during interview practice, and document study and literature study. The result of the discussion of this paper is that the completion of the Green Beans Import activity by PT.
