Abstract
The main discussion in writing this paper is about the procedure for obtaining a certificate of origin with the E-SKA website system for the export of Albizia Barecore owned by PT. Bineatama Kayone Lestari Tasikmalaya. There are several problems that the author must solve, namely how the process of handling the certificate of origin with the e-ska system, the required documents, the parties involved, the factors that cancel the issuance of the certificate of origin and the obstacles that occur during the process. This company is engaged in wood processing, especially barecore albasia wood which has been exported to various countries. The purpose of writing this paper is to find out how the process of handling certificates of origin using the e-ska system, required documents, related parties, factors that can cancel and obstacles that occur during the process. Based on data collection that was carried out during Land Practice (Prada), the authors used several methods, namely, observation, interviews, document studies and literature studies. The result is that the process of handling certificate of origin documents using the e-ska website system will run smoothly without any obstacles if it is carried out according to the procedures that have been implemented.
