Abstract
The level of unloading of imported goods is a very calculated level in loading and unloading activities. This study aims to determine the relationship between Facilities (X1), Equipment (X2), Operations (X3) and Loading and Unloading Time (X4) on the Unloading of Imported Goods (Y). The population in this study was taken from TKBM and operational employees. The sample used in this study was 90 respondents. The sampling technique used is non-probability sampling with the type of sampling, namely quota sampling. The analytical method used in this research is descriptive analysis and quantitative analysis, then the data is analyzed using multiple linear regression with the help of (software) Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS). The results of the hypothesis test indicate that the variables of Facilities, Equipment, Operations and Loading and Unloading Time have a partial and simultaneous effect on the Unloading of Imported Goods. The results of multiple linear regression analysis obtained Y = 2.558 + 0.137 + -0.061 + 0.498 + 0.231 + µ. From this equation, it is known that the most dominant variable affecting the Unloading of Imported Goods is the Operational variable with a regression coefficient of 0.498. As for the value of Adjusted R2 0, 845 or 84.5% which means that the Unloading of Imported Goods is influenced by the variables of facilities, equipment, operations, loading and unloading time which is 84,5% and other factors that affect the Unloading of Imported Goods 15,5% such as loading and unloading rates, ship service and number of ships.
