Abstract
Boiler is one of the important machines used in wood factories. The boiler is used for heating the air in the kiln dry room as a wood dryer, which result in a loss of operating time (dwon time) on the boiler, delays in production and loss of effective time for production, thus affecting the company’s productivity. Problem formulation damage to pipes due to too long usage time. The purpose of writing repairs to boiler pipes, so that the steam boiler can operate properly, functions to drain hot gases from combustion into pipes covered by water. To avoid the effects of scale attack whichis very detrimental, it is necessary to take precautions that have been known to the general public for quite a long time, such as painting.
