Abstract
The Benoa Class II KSOP office has an important role in supervising ship safety and shipping security. The government appoints supervision over the fulfillment of the provisions of these laws and regulations to ensure the safety and security of ships while on voyage. The basis for law enforcement at sea is the implementation of the cooperation between the harbormaster and the parties concerned in ship operations. In the KSOP class II office, Benoa Bali has a certificate section, but there are still many shortcomings when undergoing certificate making. The purpose of this observation is to increase knowledge as much as possible about the process and method of issuing ship safety certificates and ship safety certificates. process or produce certificates. The method is carried out by observing the phenomena that exist around the office, then changes or assessments can be made. After making observations, continued interviews, interviews here carried out structured oral communication by two or more people. This interview was carried out in the workplace and in the field.
