Abstract
The main discussion in writing this paper is about the process of implementing the Draft Survey on the loading and unloading of Urea Fertilizer by PT. Beckjorindo Paryaweksana Semarang branch, Central Java. The background of the problem that the author must solve is regarding the process of implementing the Draft Survey of fertilizer loads, what documents are needed, the procedure for calculating the load with automatic or manual formulas, the obstacles that occur and what cost components arise during the implementation of the draft survey 1 ship PT. . Beckjorindo Paryaweksana Semarang branch is an independent surveyor company that performs the calculation of the draft survey load of fertilizers in Mv. Pusri Indonesia 1 at the request of the Buyer. Draft Survey is an important tool in calculating the amount of cargo that has been loaded or unloaded from the ship using automatic and manual formulas in its calculations. While the total cargo can be calculated after the final draft survey conducted after the loading activity has been completed. With this draft survey author hopes to provide information to the owners of goods and surveyors so that they can be used as references in the process of carrying draft survey loading and unloadingThe data collection method used is qualitative, with data collection techniques based on the author's literature, observations and interviews. The results of observations show that the draft survey with a predetermined formula can calculate the weight of the load accurately. The conclusion of this observation shows that the process of calculating the load of urea fertilizer with a draft survey in Mv. Pusri Indonesia 1 in accordance with the provisions of the UN ECE, and the overall calculation of the draft survey in Mv. Pusri Indonesia 1 according to the method of calculating the draft survey UN ECE forms. The documentation process, the obstacles that arise, as well as the cost components during the process of carrying draft survey can be completed properly and are in accordance with the Company's Operating Standards (SOP) at PT.
